"The Doubtful Guest", based on the 1957 book by Edward Gorey, is an upcoming film that tells the story of an inexplicable and mysterious creature that shows up unannounced, and unwelcome, at a family-owned bed and breakfast. Brad Peyton is attached to direct the film while Matthew Huffman is writting the screenplay. Lisa Henson, Brian Henson and Jason Lust are producing the film, which will be distributed by 20th Century Fox and Walden Media.
